Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using reputable courier partners such as Royal Mail or Evri.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel online.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.
International Shipping
We currently only offer domestic (UK) shipping.
If you are located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@hinlura.com to discuss possible arrangements.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on our website include VAT where applicable.
HINLURA is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order by local authorities outside the UK.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are missing, damaged, or incorrect.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
HINLURA is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Pre-Orders or Backorders
If your item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated dispatch time will be displayed on the product page.
You will receive email updates as soon as your item ships.
